Bozard Ford Co. bought the former Gander Mountain property at 550 Outlet Mall Blvd. in St. Augustine for a Bozard Lincoln dealership.
Our Jacksonville Daily Record partner reports the company paid $5.6 million for the property, acquiring it from U.S. Bank as the trustee. St. Johns County is reviewing an application for Bozard to convert the closed Gander Mountain store on 7.5 acres into a Bozard Lincoln dealership.
Bozard Land LLC owns 10 acres next door at 540 Outlet Mall Blvd. where Bozard Ford Lincoln now operates.
