CycleBar is in review for a build-out at 5010 Gate Parkway, No. 101, in Gateway Village.
The indoor cycling franchise will be new to Jacksonville.
Our Jacksonville Daily Record news partner reports no contractor is specified for the $265,000 tenant finishes of 2,527 square feet of space.
The indoor cycling center will be a tenant in Gateway Village, an 18.5-acre project under development at southwest Gate Parkway and Deerwood Park Boulevard. Cantrell & Morgan is the developer and the landlord.
CycleBar's business model features indoor bike stations and trainers, including cycle stats, which track performance improvements.
The bicycling centers also feature what’s called a CycleTheatre, which is an indoor fitness area that holds up to 55 custom stationary bikes, TV screens and personal data monitors.
Themed “rides” are also held along with a traditional ride and a performance ride to accommodate different levels of fitness.
