Jimmy Buffett plays a free concert, 'Get Out The Vote,' in support of former Florida candidate for governor Gwen Graham on Thursday, Aug. 23, 2018.

Parrotheads will have to wait another year to see Jimmy Buffett & The Coral Reefer Band perform in Jacksonville.

His December 10, 2019, concert at the VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena has been rescheduled for December 8, 2020.

JaxEvents announced on Tuesday that Buffett will have to undergo shoulder surgery and will need time for recovery and therapy.

All tickets purchased for the original show will be honored for the December 8, 2020, performance.

Fans who cannot attend in 2020 can get refunds at the point of purchase, according to JaxEvents.
