If you use the Fuller Warren Bridge at night, here’s a detour you’ll want to know about.
The bridge will be closed to northbound traffic Wednesday night from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. for construction on the bridge.
Northbound traffic will be detoured to the Acosta Bridge. From there, Interstate-95 northbound traffic will be routed to Broad Street and then left onto Adams Street where drivers will be able to get on either I-95 or west on I-10.
Interstate-10 traffic will be detoured onto Riverside Avenue. Drivers will then turn right onto Forest Street where they can access I-10 westbound or I-95 northbound.
Law enforcement will be on site for the safety of drivers and construction crews.
The concrete pour, which is subject to change depending on the weather, is part of a $126 million project that’s scheduled to be completed in early 2021.

The Fuller Warren Bridge is being widened to add an additional lane in each director and a shared-use path along I-95 southbound for pedestrians and bicyclists.
