AC Hotels by Marriott appears to be the hotel planned in St. Johns Town Center’s proposed fourth phase.
JEA issued a service availability letter Jan. 28 for AC Hotel Jacksonville at St. Johns Town Center, according to WJCT News partner the Jacksonville Daily Record.
The project is described as a 118-room AC Hotel with parking and a pool, which matches the size of the unidentified hotel property proposed at the regional shopping center.
England, Thims & Miller Inc. is the civil engineer.
Simon Property Group operates the 1.4 million-square-foot regional shopping center.
