The Omni hotel is looking to sell its Downtown property in Jacksonville.
As The Jaxson’s Ennis Davis tells WJCT’s Jessica Palombo, the move could open up an opportunity for improving Downtown by allowing a new hotel owner to come in and renovate a notoriously “pedestrian hostile” piece of the Northbank.
