The Duval Canvassing Board is reversing course, and beginning Tuesday will allow a live stream of its meetings as the board looks through questionable ballots.

Last week, the 3-members of the canvassing board decided they wouldn’t allow the meeting to be viewed from outside of the room, due to concerns over voter information and signatures’ being displayed.

Now the entire process will be available for viewing by the public through Zoom.

However, media outlets still aren’t allowed to broadcast the process live from the Supervisor of Elections building, according to WJCT News Partner News4Jax

The public is also not allowed to record the Zoom meeting, and observers are not allowed to object to the board’s decisions on ballots.
