Church Of Eleven22 To Build St. Johns County Campus

Jacksonville Daily Record

The Church of Eleven22 announced Jan. 5 that it bought 55 acres for its first campus in St. Johns County.

The property is at County Roads 223 and 244 in Northwest St. Johns County, according to WJCT News partner the Jacksonville Daily Record.

County records show Church of Eleven22 Inc. bought the property Nov. 30 for  $2.73 million from WCI Communities LLC.

“Nearly 3,000 members of Eleven22 currently drive quite a distance to worship the Lord with us each weekend, and this future campus will be within a five-mile radius of their home,” said Shawn Maxwell, executive director of operations.

The church said construction of the 50,000-square-foot campus and 1,500-seat worship center is expected to begin in early 2022.

In advance, Eleven22 will launch a mobile campus March 28 at Creekside High School to serve as the worship center until the campus building is complete.
