If watching the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp play isn’t enough for you, now’s your chance to join the crew at 121 Financial Park.
The Shrimp are hosting two ballpark job fairs in the next two weeks. Open positions include:
- Fan experience representatives: people who help guests find their seats, answer questions, and inspect bags brought into the ballpark.
- Game day clean team: those who clean the restrooms, empty the trash cans and respond to any spills that occur.
- Food and beverage staff to prepare and sell food at stadium concession stands.
- Kids zone attendants.
- Merchandise store employees who stock and organize the merch booths and hawk gear in the stands.
The Shrimp say the ideal candidate is outgoing, likes being a part of a team, and is ready to have fun while providing top-notch customer service.
Applicants will be required to wear face masks, should be prepared to interview at the job fairs and are encouraged to bring a resume and dress appropriately.
Potential employees are subject to a background check and drug test. Candidates are encouraged to fill out an application form and bring it with them to the fair.
The job fairs are located at Lot P, from 4 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, May 13 and next Wednesday, May 19.
