Strayer University To Open In Brooklyn

The private university is leasing space on the bottom floor of the 220 Riverside complex.

Strayer University is coming to Brooklyn.

The private university, which focuses on business, IT, health care and career-related degrees, signed a lease for 4,560 square feet of space at the former HobNob restaurant at 220 Riverside.

The five-story, 294-unit 220 Riverside apartments have first-floor commercial space.

Strayer is leasing one of three first-floor tenant spaces.
