Abortion in Duval County: More than 4,000 residents last year

The U.S. Supreme Court heard arguments Wednesday about a Mississippi law that would ban almost all abortions after 15 weeks of pregnancy. Florida had a reported 74,868 abortions in 2020, including more than 4,000 people from Duval County.

Here are counties that totaled the most abortions last year. The numbers reflect county residents who had abortions, not necessarily the counties where abortions took place.
