Early voting is underway through Feb. 20. Election day is Tuesday, Feb. 22.

Early voting is underway in the race to fill the Jacksonville at-large city council seat vacated by the late Tommy Hazouri. A special election in December narrowed the field to two candidates: Republican Nick Howland and Democrat Tracye Polson.

Until Feb. 20, voters can cast a ballot at any of the 14 libraries, community centers and churches operating as early voting sites. Voting sites are open seven days a week.

On Election Day, Feb. 22, voters can cast a ballot only at their neighborhood precinct.

Before heading out to vote, test your knowledge about who the city’s next council representative could be.
