Multimillion-dollar condos sold out in Jax Beach — before construction even begins

Site preparation has barely begun, but all but one luxury oceanfront condominium has been sold in a multimillion-dollar development that is both the first and last of its kind in Jacksonville Beach.

Azure Oceanfront Residences will be 26 condominiums — boasting two, three, four or five bedrooms — in a nine-story building on the beach at 1401 1st St. S.

Vertical construction is expected to start this month and is expected to be completed by July 2023, Michael Hammon, senior vice president of The Related Group and lead developer on Azure, said in an email to the Florida Times-Union.
