St. Johns Town Center announced Thursday that off-price retailer Marshalls will open in May, with more stores to come this year.
Marshalls is at 10261 River Marsh Drive, where Staples closed near Target. Marshalls has six area stores in North and West Jacksonville, Mandarin, Jacksonville Beach, Orange Park and St. Augustine.
At least three other stores also are on the way to Town Center, and others have opened recently.
