We talk to former city Ethics Officer Carla Miller and former City Council President Anna Brosche, both recipients of the inaugural Public Service Excellence Awards presented by the University of North Florida’s Department of Political Science and Public Administration. We are also joined by Georgette Dumont, associate professor of political science and public administration, to discuss the significance of the awards and the work of recipients helping “uncover conspiracy and wire fraud at city-owned utility JEA.”
