Today on First Coast Connect, the people who helped expose the JEA scandal are honored for their work. We are also joined by Georgette Dumont, associate professor of political science and public administration, to discuss the significance of the awards and the work of recipients helping “uncover conspiracy and wire fraud at city-owned utility JEA.”

Then, we talk to safety advocate Joyce Delfius about the importance of teaching swimming to people of color, young and old.
