The PARC Group and Skinner Bros. Realty has announced that construction will start in a few months on the next phase of Nocatee Town Center, which will be anchored by The Chophouse at Nocatee.
The high-end steakhouse with a rooftop bar overlooking the water is owned and managed by the same team behind ChopHouse Thirteen in Mandarin, the companies said in a news release.
“The Chophouse at Nocatee will be the destination to gather with friends and family… for all occasions,” said Larry Press, managing member, in the release.
