121 Financial Ballpark is shown during the 2019 season.

Attention Crustacean Nation: The Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp will have a Virtual Town Hall from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday to share the team’s upgrades for the 2023 season.

The public event will give fans updates about a new ticketing system, planned food and beverage purchasing options and a cashless system at 121 Financial Ballpark, as well as future ballpark upgrades.

The Jumbo Shrimp announced last year that the ballpark was in line for the largest round of construction since it opened nearly 20 years ago.

The biggest change over several years would be the removal of the bleacher seating behind right field to make room for a new entrance to the ballpark, the team's offices, and more concourse space and concession offerings.

Fans will have the opportunity to ask questions to the panelists at the town hall. You can access the meeting at bit.ly/3YVbo1G.

For more information on the digital ticketing experience, go to jaxshrimp.com or the MiLB First Pitch app (select Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp as favorite team).
