The look of Downtown Jacksonville is getting ready to change again.
The USS Orleck is going to move from the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville to its permanent home at Pier 1, but it won't happen as soon as the city had hoped.
The Orleck was supposed to move Friday, but the tides that morning won’t work for towing the huge ship, said the head of the Orleck Museum, Dan Bean.
