With five days until Duval County’s runoff election May 16, the former news anchor, The Donna Foundation founder and Democrat sat down with the Jacksonville Daily Record to discuss her strategies: prioritize and fund city infrastructure to promote private development; emphasize small business programs; bring more diversity to appointed boards; and try to break through hyperpartisianship in City Hall and work with the state government in Tallahassee.
