Atlantic Boulevard’s dealership row is gaining another player — Jenkins Genesis of Jacksonville.
The city issued a permit July 21 for Beeline Development Inc. of Ocala to build the dealership in a parking lot next to Jenkins Hyundai at a project cost of $4.6 million.
Atlantic Boulevard from Regency Square Mall east to Kernan Boulevard now has at least 20 dealerships operating or planned as well as the recently opened Tesla Inc. sales, delivery and service center.
