Jacksonville’s main library Downtown is closed indefinitely “for upgrades” as it continues to host the city’s state-run COVID-19 antibody treatment clinic.
At the same time, Florida is buying 3,000 doses of GlaxoSmithKline’s monoclonal antibody treatment after the Biden administration reduced the federal supply of Regeneron allotted for the state.
Meanwhile, the Duval County Public School Board is authorizing the district’s legal team to sue the Florida Department of Health over the state's rule requiring school districts to allow parents to opt their kids out of mask mandates and quarantine requirements.
