Confederate Monument debate; local support for Ukraine; rising economy in Duval; Chapter Endnotes
City leaders will look at two proposals tonight around Confederate monuments. One is to remove them on the taxpayer dime. The other is to put the question of monument removal to a public referendum. Many activists who have rallied against the removal of these monuments say they’ll rally in front of City Council Chambers tonight.

Local support for Ukraine
Recently a popular cafe in the Five Points neighborhood changed its name. The former Ribault Bakery is now the Odessa Slava Ukrainian Cafe. The owner, who is Ukrainian, changed the name in support of his home country.
