Property insurance experts in Florida warn that a drop in your rates won’t come anytime soon. Homeowners are looking at much higher rates, while too many insurance companies are going out of business or pulling back on coverage. Gov. Ron DeSantis says he will call a special session of the state Legislature to work out a plan for this ordeal.

Guest: Mark Friedlander, director of corporate communications with the Insurance Information Institute.
