The National Low Income Housing Coalition has released its annual outreach report, which found that affordable housing is out of reach for many Americans.
The report states that a Jacksonville area minimum wage worker would have to work 93 hours a week to afford a one bedroom rental. The report comes just as the eviction moratorium is set to expire at the end of the month.
Shannon Nazworth, the President and CEO of Ability Housing, joined us to discuss the current state of affordable housing.
