It's been quiet at the former Jacksonville Landing site lately. But that’s about to change.
Now called Riverfront Plaza, Downtown Vision has announced a free Jax River Jams Concert Series will be held on the Downtown lawn by the St. Johns River during Thursday nights in April.
The concert series will feature a small business and artist market, food trucks and bars with local craft beer and spirits. Camp chairs and picnic blankets are encouraged.
CDC guidelines will apply with social distancing and face masks required. Hand sanitizer stations and face masks will be available onsite.
“Whether you love county, Hip Hop, rock, punk pop, Latin or folk, there’s some great music for everyone at Jax River Jams. Downtown is open and ready to welcome everyone back safely,” said Jake Gordon, CEO of Downtown Vision in an email to WJCT News.
