Keynote Speaker:
Quint Studer, author of Building a Vibrant Community: How Citizen-Powered Change Is Reshaping America

Studer is the founder of the Studer Community Institute, owner of the Pensacola Blue Wahoos baseball team and a major real estate developer in Downtown Pensacola. His One Palafox Place project featuring 200,000 square feet of commercial space may be the city's most important restoration project. He also has experience with urban infill, purchasing and redeveloping the former Pensacola News Journal printing plant into a mixed-use apartment development. 

Studer is an expert on activating ground-level spaces with the types of businesses that stimulate foot traffic and pedestrian-scale engagement.
