New nonstop flights to Nashville and Washington D.C. are coming to the Jacksonville International Airport.

Beginning on Nov. 18 and 19, Allegiant Airlines will start offering flights to Nashville on Thursdays and Sundays and to D.C.’s Dulles International Airport on Fridays and Mondays.

To celebrate the new routes, Allegiant is offering one-way fares as low as $39.

“We are excited Allegiant continues to grow in Northeast Florida,” Jacksonville Aviation Authority CEO Mark VanLoh said. “Today’s announcement means low fares for travelers flying to Nashville and Washington D.C.”

Within just the last six months, airlines operating out of the Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) have announced new nonstop service to Austin, Ft. Lauderdale, Greenville-Spartanburg, Los Angeles, New Orleans, New York’s LaGuardia Airport, St. Louis, Tampa and Washington D.C.’s Reagan Airport.

Allegiant already offers seasonal and year-round service from JAX to cities like Belleville-St. Louis, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Indianapolis, Norfolk and Pittsburgh.
