It’s been a month since Hurricane Irma scoured the First Coast, yet some sections of Jacksonville remain flooded. In this St. Nicholas neighborhood (see lead photo), standing water Thursday morning made driving tricky.
Meanwhile, Tropical Storm Nate has formed off the coast of Nicaragua and is on a forecast track that shows it eventually approaching the U.S. Gulf Coast.
