Disney film 'Ruby Bridges' is up for review in Pinellas after a parent's formal complaint
After published reports that it was banned, Pinellas County is reviewing "Ruby Bridges," which chronicles a 6-year-old's school integration in New Orleans during the 1960s. It will not be shown again this year at one Pinellas elementary school.

U.S. Capitol rioter the 'QAnon Shaman' is released early from federal prison
Jacob Chansley recieved one of the longest sentences handed down to a U.S. Capitol rioter. He has been freed from prison and sent to a reentry center until late May.
Senate Committee Approves Kagan Nomination
The Senate Judiciary Committee has voted to approve the nomination of Elena Kagan to the Supreme Court. The 13-6 vote sends Kagan's nomination to the full Senate. Lindsey Graham was the only Republican on the panel to vote in favor of Kagan.

Poverty Rate Unchanged, But Still Historically High
The government says that the poverty rate for 2011 was 15 percent, essentially unchanged from the year before. That still means that more than 46 million people lived below the poverty line last year. According to one economist, "the bad news isn't as bad as it has been."
