Republican lawmakers are pushing ahead with proposed legislation that would create a “Charlie Kirk Day of Remembrance” in Florida. Gina Jordan reports two versions of the bill passed House and Senate committees this week along party lines.

While President Trump has been urging states not to regulate artificial intelligence, Florida lawmakers are racing ahead to do just that. Tristan Wood has been following the action.
