New UNF poll; City Council candidate Joshua Hicks; Celebrity Chefs; The Players

A majority of Republicans in Florida prefer Ron DeSantis over former President Donald Trump in a hypothetical 2024 presidential matchup, according to a new poll from the University of North Florida’s Public Opinion Research Lab.

The poll also finds that most Florida voters aren’t fans of what the state’s Republican controlled legislature is up to these days.
