On Friday, 1904 Music Hall stunned Jacksonville social media with the announcement that it’s closing in August, after 12 years Downtown. Today, we talk about what it takes to run a small, live music venue in this town. What are some of the biggest challenges operators face, along with some of the biggest rewards that keep them going?
