After five years, the city’s two MLK breakfasts have joined. Mayor Donna Deegan announced Monday that the annual celebration will move forward as a partnership among the city, the NAACP, the Urban League and the JAX Chamber. We talk with key players about the decision to consolidate the celebrations into one powerful event.
