Recently passed legislation (CS/SB 7014) aims to enhance ethics regulations statewide, but local advocates assert that it would undermine accountability of public officials. We speak with them about why they’re urging Gov. Ron DeSantis to veto the bill and why they say it would significantly impede their anti-corruption efforts.
