CHOCOLATE SAUCE

4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, cut into small pieces

1 1/2 Tablespoons water

2 Tablespoons butter

Place the chocolate pieces and water in a stainless steel bowl, and heat over a double boiler until melted, stirring until smooth. 

Remove from the heat and whisk in the butter. 

Keep warm until needed.
