The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office has not released details about where exactly any of the civilians were going, despite providing that information about former Sheriff Mike Williams last summer.

Influential Republican donor Kent Stermon used a personal badge to access Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office buildings more than 700 times over the past five years, according to records obtained by Jacksonville Today.

The Jacksonville Sheriff's office says Kent Stermon, 50, was the subject of an "active investigation" started weeks prior to his death.
