Storm Raymond

Hurricane Raymond has been upgraded to a Category 3 storm in the Pacific Ocean, as it drifts toward Mexico's southwest coast. The storm will bring from 4-8 inches of rainfall, forecasters say, with up to 12 inches possible in some areas.
