Abandoned for decades, the crumbling remains of the former Arlington hot spot are being demolished.

The crumbling 59-year-old complex once was described as "an extravagant Polynesian and American Indian-themed hotel" that hosted a number of stars.

The owner, Yuval “Giovanni” Fishman, is working toward redevelopment of the 18.7-acre site.
