Patrons are saying goodbye to the Burro Bar in downtown Jacksonville.
After five years at the corner of Ocean and East Adams streets, the owners have decided to call it quits, as first reported in the Jacksonville Business Journal.
Owners describe their establishment as a neighborhood bar without a neighborhood. They also told the Jacksonville Business Journal people attending events at Hemming Park rarely found their way to the bar, just 4-blocks to the east.
Burro Bar will close its doors in July.
