Motorists on Interstate 95 in downtown Jacksonville should use extra caution over the next couple of weeks.

Road crews will be installing overhead signs as part of the Overland Bridge project starting Monday night.

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) said north and southbound drivers should look for detours, traffic delays and reduced speeds between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. through April 6.

The $227 million dollar Overland Bridge Project is intended to improve the flow of traffic along the I-95 corridor south of the Fuller Warren Bridge.
