The President and CEO of the Tulsa Airports Authority has been hired to lead the Jacksonville Aviation Authority.
JAA’s Board of Directors Monday unanimously selected Mark VanLoh as the agency’s next CEO.
Before assuming the top job in Tusla in February 2017, VanLoh served 12 years as Director of Aviation for the city of Kansas City, Missouri, and President and CEO of the Chattanooga Airport Authority for nearly three years.
VanLoh will begin overseeing Jacksonville’s four airports on December 3.
JAA operates Jacksonville International Airport, Jacksonville Executive at Craig Airport, Herlong Recreational Airport and Cecil Airport.
The authority received 73 applications for the position after Steve Grossman retired after nine years as JAA’s CEO.
