New Year's Day 2018 is one that members of the Jacksonville Children's Chorus' Touring Choir will remember for years to come.

They traveled to Rome, Italy to be among the participants at the Papal Mass with Pope Francis presiding on January 1.

They also took part in a singing Mass at St. Francis Basilica in Assisi, Italy and held a full concert at St. Ignatius Basilica on January 4.

The choir also held impromptu performances at the Blessing of the Créche, in St. Peter in Chains, San Sebastian Basilica and St. Paul's Outside the Walls.

You can learn more about the Jacksonville Children's Chorus on the organization's website.
