YMCA Offers Free Child Care To Parents While They Vote

Graphic elements compiled from images submitted to Wikimedia Commons.

The YMCA wants to make it easier for parents and caregivers of young children to go to the polls on Election Day, Tuesday November 6.

The YMCA of Florida’s First Coast is offering free child care at its KidZones branches in Clay, Duval, Nassau and St. Johns counties.

YMCA members and non-members are welcome to use the free service. Parents and guardians can leave children, ages two and older, for up to two hours on Election Day while they vote.

Parents must sign a waiver for their children.
