You may see longer customer lines at VyStar Credit Union branches as they enter another day of a technical issue in which customers can’t check their accounts online or with the app.
VyStar’s Online & Mobile Banking is unavailable, but credit union officials don’t believe a cyber or ransomware attack caused it.
They say the problem began with a scheduled outage last Friday to move to a new platform and for many, that outage continues.
Online transfers made since May 15 are delayed.
VyStar Credit Union says that all member funds and data are safe and accurate on its core system and that teams are working to resolve the issue.
VyStar is headquartered in Jacksonville and is an underwriter of WJCT.
