Award-Winning Bassist Christian McBride Comes To UNF For Great American Jazz Series

Regarded as a bass virtuoso, three-time Grammy award-winning musician Christian McBride is one of the most recorded musicians of his generation. McBride has appeared on more than 300 recordings as a sideman, backing up the likes of Herbie Hancock, Pat Metheny, Diana Krall, Chick Corea, John McLaughlin, Sting, Sir Paul McCartney, The Roots, Carly Simon, and James Brown. 

The Christian McBride Trio will perform at the University of North Florida this week as part of the university’s 26th Annual Great American Jazz Series.
