A familiar face in Jacksonville’s restaurant scene has been named the head chef at the Cowford Chophouse.
Ian Lynch has been the executive chef for the restaurant group that owns the Cowford Chophouse. Starting this summer, though, he’ll be focusing his attention on the new restaurant.
For four years, Lynch has supervised Ovinte, Bistro Aix and Il Desco. That experience should serve him well in his new job, CEO Jacques Klempf said.
Hiring for other management roles will begin this summer. All told, the Downtown spot is slated to create 50 jobs.
