The Soul Food Bistro has been a landmark on the Westside for years. Now, the restaurant owned by The Potter’s House is gearing up to expand.
Responding to customer demand, the restaurant is planning on starting a food truck in coming months. Within the next year, the eatery should have a third location, chef Celestia Mobley said, including to the Lenox Avenue and Atlantic Boulevard spots.
The bistro's owner is pondering going outside the area in the future, expanding to other parts of Florida or into Georgia.
