The forecast calls for rain this weekend, but that doesn't mean there aren't a host of options for getting out of the house and out of the rain.

1) Friday, August 16 - The Jacksonville Area Sexual Minority Youth Network, JASMYN, will host the Feel the Fascination Masquerade, their annual benefit, tonight at 8 p.m. at The Museum. All ticket proceeds support the non-profits, which advocates for LGBTQ youth. More info online at JASMYN.org.

2) Friday, August 16 - Eat Up Downtown continues as downtown eateries offer three-course meals for $15, $25, or $35. More info at EatUpDowntown.com.

3) Friday, August 16 - The Jacksonville Humane Society will celebrate the 15th annual Toast to the Animals at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront. The event will kick off at 6 p.m. with more than 500 animal lovers sampling over 100 varieties of wine and beer, hors d'oeuvres, and desserts. A silent auction will also be held to raise funds benefiting the 5,000 animals JHS serves annually. More info online at JaxHumane.org.

4) Friday, August 16 - The Inside/Out exhibition of MOCA Jacksonville's growing permanent collection continues this weekend. The museum is open 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and noon-5 p.m. on Sunday. More info online at MOCAJacksonville.com.

5) Friday, August 16 - The Jacksonville Suns will play a double-header against the Birmingham Barons on Friday night. First pitch of the first game is scheduled for 6:05 p.m. at the Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville. They will wrap up the series with a third game on Saturday night. More info online at JaxSuns.com.

6) Friday, August 16 - Nerds Unite presents Pixelated 4.0, as part of their monthly series of nerdcore events, at TSI nightclub. The night will feature a cosplay contest, giveaways, music by Sci-Fried, burlesque by Lady LaStrange, mixing on the dance floor by DJ E-N-S and guests, and a game room by Game Force. 7) Saturday, August 17 - The American Lung Association Fight for Air Run/Walk steps off at the Jacksonville Landing on Saturday at 8 a.m. The theme for this year's event is the 1980's and there will be prizes for best 80's human and pet apparel. Like, totally. More info online at Lung.org.

9) Saturday, August 17 - TEDxJacksonville presents TEDxJacksonville Salon, an evening of inspiring TEDTalks, conversation, and food at the Museum Of Science and History (MOSH). A curated selection of talks and discussion followed by a roof party. More info at TEDxJacksonville.com.

10) Sunday, August 18 - The Florida Theatre's Summer Movie Classics series continues on Sunday with romantic mystery classic "Charade" starring Cary Grant and Audrey Hepburn. Film rolls at 2 p.m. More info online at FloridaTheatre.com.
