Twelve-year-old charged in homeless murder: The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office says a 12-year-old boy shot andkilled a 54-year-old homeless man last month in a Westside parking lot. (News4Jax via WJCT)

Rep. Fullwood sues state over election disqualification: State Rep. Reggie Fullwood, whose filing for reelection was disqualified, is suing the Florida secretary of state and Gov. Rick Scottfor what he says was a slow response to his refiled paperwork. (News4Jax)

State pol calls for review of All Aboard Florida lease: State Sen. Thad Altman has requested Attorney General Pam Bondi look into a lease he says could keep the proposed Miami-to-Orlando All Aboard Florida rail service from stopping in Brevard and Indian River counties.
