Jacksonville businesses and city streets open up to artists and musicians the first Wednesday of every month for Art Walk.

And the people behind Jacksonville’s downtown Art Walk want to know what visitors think about the monthly event. That’s why there’s an online survey.

Katherine Hardwick with the group Downtown Vision says her team is thinking about how Art Walk could change based on what people want.

“What one of our last major surveys told us was that people want to see more kid-friendly environments, so now most events will program a kids’ zone, making sure that it’s really a night that families can come out and bring the little ones,” she says. “And moving forward we’ll just look and see what the  survey results tell us.”

Hardwick says Downtown Vision wants at least 500 hundred respondents before analyzing the survey results. She says that quota is about halfway filled.
